If you would like to return your item please send it back to us unused and in the original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days for an exchange or full refund. The product must be returned as new, unused and unopened including all labels and tamper proof seals still intact.
For online purchases, we will refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 7 days. After 7 days we cannot refund the delivery charge, if any. Please be aware that we will only process your refund once the item has been returned to us and checked to ensure it's in its original condition.
If your product is damaged we do not always require a return if there is an obvious issue, however we will always require at least photographic evidence. Checks will always be made with all of our products.
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. After 30 days, we’ll replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We ask all international & domestic clients to firstly check with their local governing authorities before placing an order as The Dispensary CBD does not accept financial responsibility for customs or police seizures should orders be seized.
